Spinefitter by SISSEL® is an innovative physical therapy and training device with 28 interconnected balls that help relieve tension and improve joint mobility through deep pressure. Designed to balance the energy and nervous systems, Spinefitter specifically targets the vertebral joints of the spine and helps decrease blockages through movement.
Spinefitter is made of specially developed foam with tested and proven density that provides deep, intense pressure that is not too hard nor too soft. The unique shape features two rows of 28 round shapes that align perfectly around the spine, accessing the hardest-to-reach muscles and applying the pressure needed to disperse blockages and release knots. The Spinefitter is lightweight and portable, easy-to-carry on your shoulder or back with the included carrying strap.
Easy to use, the Spinefitter is incorporated into physical therapy and Pilates to increase mobility using deep pressure and to open fibrous connective tissue in the spine, targeted body regions (like the pelvic area), and muscle groups.
